Devon Summers was a light in the lives of those who knew her. Born and raised in Weirton, WV, she was known for her striking beauty, her long blonde hair that everyone admired, and most of all, her vibrant, free-spirited soul.
A 2015 graduate of Weir High School, Devon was artistic, deep-thinking, and unafraid to speak her mind. She had a way of making people feel safe and seen, offering her trust and kindness openly. She loved deeply, embraced life fully, and was never one to judge others—she welcomed people as they were.
Devon was the kind of person who left an impact. Whether through thought-provoking posts, heartfelt conversations, or simply her presence, she made others feel heard and understood. She was fun, fearless, and always there for those who needed her. She lived with an open heart, a curious mind, and a strength that carried her through life’s challenges.

And that’s exactly what she embodied. Love, openness, and a spirit too big for this world.
To those who knew and loved her—may we carry her memory forward with kindness, passion, and a commitment to loving as deeply as she did.

My dear Devon,
I can’t believe you are no longer here with us. I am in shock and deeply saddened. I keep remembering your smile and all the positive thoughts and words you shared every time I saw you.
I don’t even know how to express my feelings… You were such a beautiful soul, and I have no doubt you are an angel now.
My heart is with your family, especially your mom. You will always be in my thoughts, prayers, and heart.
